The Site is informational, and Products are not currently sold or available for purchase through the Site. We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, as ’share’ is defined under the CCPA. Our Site, Products, and Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so that we may delete it.

Our Products are cosmetics intended for general personal care. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and we are not a “covered entity” or “business associate” under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). We do not require you to provide health information to purchase our Products.
